The Time and the Valleys Museum is located at 332 Main Street, Grahamsville, adjacent to the Daniel Pierce Library. Connecting water, people and the Catskills, the Museum has three floors of interactive exhibitions:
- Water and the Valleys: a history of the Rondout and Neversink Watersheds from geological times to the 1900s
- Tunnels, Toil and Trouble: New Yorks City's Quest for Water and the Rondout-Neversink Story
- Picture Yourself(ie) in the 1930s: an immersive exhibition where visitors can touch, try on and explore all of the artifacts, and take photos, too!
- A Rendezvous with Death: Local Sacrifice in the first World War
Along with a Museum store and local history research center, the Museum is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Thursday through Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. and weekends in September, or by appointment.
